Dual advocacy is a powerful model in which an advocate effectively represents both the empathy and perspective of the donor family, while also raising awareness and emphasizing the critical need for organ donors. In the realm of organ and tissue donation, there is often a lack of understanding or misinformation, which directly affects individuals on the waitlist. Recognizing this, agencies like the Clinical Transplant Specialists Company serve as dual advocates, diligently working to disseminate accurate information and honor the wishes of potential donors. Their dedication ensures that both the donor family's empathy and the urgency for organ donation are appropriately communicated and understood
